Am I guaranteed a 1-800 toll free number?
You are guaranteed a toll free number which may
begin with 1-800-xxx-xxxx, 1-866-xxx-xxxx, 1-877-xxx-xxxx, or 1-888-xxx-xxxx.
My800online cannot guarantee that you will receive the specific 800 prefix of your
choice.
Can anyone dial the toll free number?
Yes, you may share your my800Online toll free number
with anyone dialing from the continental US. The beauty of My800Online is that
it will only ring to the number you designate as the destination number. All
calls made to your my800Online toll free number will be charged to your
account. If you want to restrict calling from your phone only, or a list of
particular numbers, contact customer service after you purchase your
my800Online account.
What happens if someone accidentally dials my My800Online access number?
As long as the call is under a minute, you may
receive credit.
Can I change my destination number?
Yes, you may change your destination number as often
as you like. Simply login to the my800Online account management page to change
your destination number.
Can I use my800Online from a payphone?
Yes, however, FCC regulations have changed the way payphone operators receive their compensation. In certain instances,
a 89¢ fee may be assessed and will be automatically deducted from your account if you use your My800Online toll free number
from a payphone.
How do I use my800Online Account Management?
To access the My800Online account management tool, simply enter your e-mail address as the username and your password
on the My Account page. If you have a toll-free number but have not setup a username
and password, please follow the instructions provided on the My Account page.
How do I update my personal information
Click on My Account from the home page of
My800Online. Log into your account. Click on Manage Personal Info. You may
update your credit card details, credit card expiration date, e-mail address
and billing address through Account Management.
